Seller has good chances to enter the TOP TEN fake seller list

admin

I see from the yahoo discussion forum that a buyer from ace-antiques returned the fakes and left negative feedback which eBay then removed!

it seems that ebay has NOT removed the negative feedback but just the comment (text). I guess the buyer has used a formulation for the negative feedback that violated the nonsensical rules of ebay.  Now the impression arises that the buyer was wrong. The seller protection also includes the fake seller protection

And so this seller can continue to deceive his customers unhindered.

Yes, of course, you are correct. But the buyer said they didnt say anything really bad and could not understand why the comments were removed.

There is certainly any wording, which violated the incomprehensible ebay rules. Perhaps "the seller sells ONLY FAKES"? The statement "sells only fakes" would diminish in the future ebay the profit :-)

By the way, this seller sells almost exclusively the "classical" Bulgarian fakes

Often the fakes from this seller were reported to ebay. No reaction. But ebay would only have to review the feedbacks and see that we are right

The name on this account is Gema Langley.
The actual person selling here is Simon Wicks.

Using the electoral register Gemma Wicks can be found at the same address as Simon Wicks.

Questions sent to this seller are answered by "Simon".
He used to sell under his own name as mrcollectble-2012

He provides Certificates of Authenticty !
Of course he  knows nothing about antiquities.
All his sales are cheaply made tourist souvenirs.

Four men to appear in Crown Court later this year for trial of dealing in tainted cultural artefacts
Four men have today (31 October) appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court, having been summonsed for dealing in tainted cultural objects.
The matter has been referred to the Crown Court.

The four men are:
George Powell aged 37 of Coulson Close, Pill, Newport.
Layton Davies aged 50 of Cardiff Road, Pontypridd, Mid Glamorgan.
Paul Wells aged 59 of Newport Road, Rummney, Cardiff.
Simon Wicks aged 56 of Hawks Road, Hailsham, East Sussex.

A collection of Anglo-Saxon and Viking crown treasure artefacts were found in a village north of Leominster, in Herefordshire.
The artefacts, found in 2015, included both gold and silver coins, a gold ring, a gold arm bracelet and a crystal sphere, together with silver ingots, which were discovered by metal detectorists.
It is the legal responsibility of the finder of any precious metal objects that are over 300 years old to report them to the local coroner as possible treasure under the terms of the Treasure Act (1996).
This complex investigation has been conducted with the assistance of multiple agencies including both local and national archaeological authorities and experts from the British Museum.

It is amazing to me how many eBay buyers just don't know!
There are many books, it is easy to find out.
