fake selection of the last three years :-)

Be very interested to know if anything comes of this.

Many of us here have reported Mr Davies (and others) to eBay but they have done absolutely nothing about it.

In fact eBay assists sellers in removing negative feedback!  There are examples of this all over this forum.

FYI, I have made an official complaint to the ACCC, the Australian Govt Commission which handles all things to do with consumers' rights under their "Misleading and Deceptive Conduct" Reg. As I understand it the same applies in the U.K.,
I bought three tablets from him and had them T.L. tested with the result "Modern" The same with an Egyptian Bird figure.
At least I have learned a lesson. [I hope] What bugs me is that eBay has no interest in stopping such endors despite their terms and conditions stating descriptions must be accurate etc.

Gross oversight in spacing out such mind blowing feedback?

I noticed this fake branch of uniques77777 back in early 2019 and 2020. Some fakes from my nostalgia box. Compare with the new fakes in 2024. Nothing has changed. Only the prices have increased but the design is always the same and buyers still fall for it years later.

How and why does eBay allow a seller of fakes like this to remain on eBay???!!

Congratulations to this seller. With a lot of criminal energy he has reached one of the first places of the high-priced fake sellers.

For years, this branch of uniques77777 has been working its way to the top of the high-priced fake sellers. He has had a lot of help from all those ignorant buyers who believe that overpriced equals genuine.


Even Luxeon has literally thrown in the towel and is limiting itself to fakes that are heavily discounted.

PS. This seller actually offered the fake ring with the pink stone back in 2022. I guess the current (2024) offer shows a real slow seller.

20,000 sales with a 20 to 1 Fake Sh** ratio by standard measures. Mixing in a lot of lower end finger rings which evidently purchased in lot(s) from the Near East. Few decent medieval Islamic mislabeled with standard "Roman" bullcrap. But still verboten because he uses proceeds to purchase and sell more fake sh** (pardon my French)

Has now sold over 20,000 items on eBay!!!!!
